Berry Smoothie

To make 2 servings of the Black and Blue Berries Smoothie …





INGREDIENTS:

- 150g blackberries

- 200g blueberries

- 2tbsp desiccated coconut

- 1tbsp chopped almond

- 120g fat-free lemon flavor greek yoghurt

- 400ml berries juice not from concentrate


Blend all ingredients using a blender until smooth.
